Description: We worked with the National Gallery of Art, Washington, to make a portfolio of cards reproducing a full view and three details of their oil on canvas painting The Square of Saint Mark's, Venice. The view of the Piazza San Marco and the cathedral was painted by Canaletto (Italian, 1697-1768), in 1742/44. Galison's portfolio holds three cards each of four image/recipe combinations. All recipes are by Roberta L. Dowling, CCP, The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Complies with CE.
