Description: The central design elements are created by fuming three separate gathers of clear glass with tin oxides which are iridized in the furnace creating a rainbow of sparkling color. A fourth gather of clear glass cases the design and a bubble is added for refractive interest. Emerald City is the fictional capital of the Land of Oz first described in L.
