The specially hollow ground carbon steel blade provides for outstanding sharpness and cutting capabilities. Only a handful of experts are able to create this special grinding in combination with the "round point" of the blade. The handles are made of a water "resistant synthetic material in an ivory structure, and feature the historical Boker tree inlay. Serial numbered. 3/4" L
