Description: Back in the late 50's we decided to re-create a historic board that was popular when Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain Boys protected our New England hills. We chose to make them of black Walnut, just as they were in colonial times and to accurately reproduce an heirloom with the weight, feel and balance of the originals. The subtle contours of the magnum trencher include a sloped cutting surface with a deep juice well and perfectly sized hand grips inset on each side. 13" L x 9" W x 3/4" H
