Description: From earliest days, the structure and weave of the base of the basket indicates the age of the piece. In the early 1920's the three-strand weave on the base of the basket was replaced by a four strand weave. Michael John Dolan introduced this change as part of an overall change in the style of basket decoration. The 2008 Tulip Bouquet, a unique new design and shape, is a limited edition of 1,500. Each is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. 9 1/2" L
